Our Young Team has come together from Sicily and Mexico City to serve one of San Diego’s coziest neighbourhoods with our first Trattoria serving up traditional “Casereccio”. True Homemade Italian Dishes. Mario Liga, Sofia Lo Cascio, Andrea Carbonaro, Giancarlo Guttilla, Giuseppe Lo Coco, Sebastian Berho, and Franco Mestre have all been raised in the Food and Hospitality industry through family businesses. Partnering together will provide a unique opportunity for all of us to be first time owners.
Our upbringing in such family oriented cultures will allow us to host our guests the same way Mamma showed us, with love. Providing a small menu allowing us to focus on quality, comprised of daily made fresh pastas, local seafood, and organic appetizers, accompanied by our full bar will make for memorable outings. Our emphasis is on making our guests feel as comfortable hanging out with our family as we do having them over for a full belly, flavourful drinks and a good time!
As mentioned previously, our focus will be on providing great hospitality and quality dishes. However our design will be simple, casual, and a less is more approach, with hints of traditional italian trattoria. Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather on our patio, or hangout with the family inside.
